![]() ![]() Now you use the + and - keys on the numpad to navigate between textures. You should have noticed some red text at the top left corner of the screen (if you do not, make sure you read the previous section correctly). For simplicitys sake I load the first level. Make this somewhere memorable, as you will need to navigate it to it later. Output Folder refers to the folder which your textures will be saved to once extracted. ![]() Log with refers to the button you use to save a texture with. If something goes wrong later, try using BMP textures instead of a different type. Output Format refers to the file type the texture will be saved as, I use BMP but this comes down to personal preference as far as I am aware. Make sure that "Draw control and Texture Info", "Show Texture on upper left corner" and "Replace Texture (with a green texture)" are TICKED, whilst the other two are NOT TICKED. Navigate to the Mirrors Edge Binarys folder (which we were in earlier) and select "MirrorsEdge_old.exe" (this is the file used to run the actual game). ![]() Click Logging Mode, and then click the large folder icon at the top, and then click browse. Now run the TexMod you just renamed (which I will refer to as TexMod for claritys sake). ![]()
